Jenny Linn Loveland works alla prima (fast, wet on wet) mostly in oil. She looks for the undiscovered in every subject looking for the narrative in each. Her works have been described as poetic and encompass still life, landscapes and portraiture. She is a veteran of the Gulf War and is a visual arts program adviser for the Armed Services Arts Partnership (William & Mary). Also, she is a painter and drawing instructor for Lifelong Learning (Christopher Newport University). Her work has been exhibited in group shows throughout Hampton Roads and Richmond. She is listed as a featured artist for Nitram Charcoal. Her work is held in private collections in California, Maryland and Virginia.
