QPRS: F1 Grand Prix Racing by the Numbers (1950-2019)

As those of you who know us personally may well be aware, my husband Clyde has been a lifelong fan of Formula One Grand Prix racing. Many of our holiday travels have taken us to a Grand Prix race (and in exchange, we also get to take in some time on a beach or a few art museums!). Well, Clyde is about to publish his book which deals with his rating system for analyzing GP drivers and cars, setting apart the really great ones from the others, and more. The reason I raise it here is that this is also going to be a fabulous Fine Art book! It will be lavishly illustrated with the artwork of over twenty of the leading motorsport artists from all over the world. It is due to be published shortly by Dalton Watson Fine Books.

Click on the link below to the publisher and scroll to the bottom. You will find a few sample pages from this massive (500-plus pages) book which will cover seven decades of Formula One Grand Prix history.

And if you haven’t yet, visit our Historical Sport section to view collectibles and one-of-a-kind Motorsport artwork & prints available for purchase!
